You will coordinate budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement, while ensuring cross-team collaboration across time zones. A proven track record and strong written English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/program management or related roles supporting a senior technology leader.
• Experience running multi-workstream programs and budgets.
• Strong written English and executive reporting skills.
• Familiarity with budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and procurement workflows.
• Technical literacy to track IT, security and software work.

Responsibilities

• Own the Technology portfolio with owners, dates, status and risks.
• Run the operating cadence: agendas, notes, action-tracking, renewals calendar.
• Coordinate vendor procurement, hiring logistics, and cross-department requests.
• Drive follow-through and escalate blockers with recommendations.
• Leverage AI to enhance business processes.
