Job summary

Emapta Colombia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to translate business goals into technical initiatives and drive planning, execution, and delivery of CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance system projects across global teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining clear communication and reporting. This remote role offers international exposure, a structured growth environment, and direct client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or business systems management within a SaaS, technology, or healthcare environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or financial systems such as NetSuite, including supporting enhancements or integrations.
• Understanding of system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Workato) and exposure to analytics platforms like Snowflake or Tableau.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, release cycles, and change management principles.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance system initiatives.
• Track project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure business readiness for system launches.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage project dependencies.
• Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Support project reporting, steering committee updates, and system demonstrations.
• Assist with testing, release planning, and post-launch evaluations during system rollouts.
• Identify project risks early and contribute to mitigation planning strategies.
• Support effective allocation of team resources to maintain project momentum.

The Qualifications We Seek
