Workstate seeks an ET FCC / EPM Techno Functional Consultant / Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions, analyzing, designing, and implementing EPM and financial close systems.

You will work with stakeholders from multiple departments, configure FCCS consolidation, support testing phases, and ensure go-live readiness. Remote-friendly role open to residents of Colombia or Argentina.

Formación

• Experience with EPM tools such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to elicit, document and manage requirements.
• Understanding of FCC processes and close activities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile ways of working.
• Excellent communication for liaising between business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical, functional, and accounting expertise across Oracle FCCS/EPM modules.
• Configure and support FCCS consolidation, close and reporting processes.
• Support CRP, SIT and UAT testing phases.
• Review and validate integration builds during SIT and UAT.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure process alignment.
• Document configurations, test results, defects and deployment readiness.
• Act as SME for EPM leading practices and support go-live readiness.
