Job summary

PM Adept, a fully-remote company based in Colombia and the United States, seeks a Colombian-based Technical Project Manager to maintain client accounts and be the main contact. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, detecting gaps, and coordinating with teams to allocate resources efficiently.

Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills is required. The candidate should be comfortable with productivity tools and learning new ones quickly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management or related field.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Leadership and ability to build and guide teams across departments.
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts and onboarding new customers.
• Familiarity with Notion, Timely, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Atlassian, Asana, and G-Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client accounts and serve as the main point of contact.
• Identify gaps and propose projects to close them, coordinating with teammates.
• Oversee allocation of financial and human resources across projects.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders across time zones to meet deadlines.
• Support customer-facing activities and drive successful project delivery.
• Proactively learn and master new tools to improve workflows.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish in written and spoken form.
• Help onboard new companies and establish workflows.
• Contribute to strategy sessions and explore opportunities with clients.
