BruntWork is seeking a Spanish bilingual Care Coordinator to support patient scheduling, follow-ups, and care coordination. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments through phone calls, emails, and scheduling platforms.
• Make follow-up calls to check on patients and remind them of upcoming appointments.
• Assist patients with appointment changes and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment updates.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and departments to support patient care.
• Respond to patient questions professionally and empathetically in English and Spanish.
• Monitor calls, emails, and chat messages to ensure timely responses.
• Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements.
