Formación
- English at C2 level, written and spoken.
- 8+ years as a seasoned business-operations generalist across multiple domains.
- Experience in investment management or capital markets.
- Hands-on accounting/fund administration knowledge.
- Startup-first mindset with automation and AI thinking.
Responsabilidades
- Lead recruiting and people operations end-to-end.
- Own business operations cadences and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage finance, fund ops, and accounting tasks end-to-end.
- Oversee systems automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Support investor relations and executive-level operations.
- Assist sales/marketing support and reporting processes.
