Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Business Operations & Investment Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing investment management firm. This fully remote role covers business operations, recruiting, people operations, investor relations, finance, fund operations, and AI-driven process automation.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, builds scalable systems, and has strong finance, accounting, and investment operations

Qualifications

• C2 / Near-native English proficiency.
• 8+ years in Business Operations or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience supporting finance operations and business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations across multiple teams.
• Manage leadership calendars, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support weekly operational reviews and quarterly business planning.
• Develop and improve operational playbooks, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage vendors, subscriptions, and internal business systems.
• Own recruiting coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support investor relations and executive communication logistics.
• Assist with finance, fund operations, and capital calls.
