Vertu Agent LLC is seeking a Senior Business Operator (Growth, Operations & AI) to act as the founder's right hand in running and scaling the business. This role emphasizes independent thinking, ownership of initiatives, and leveraging advanced AI to improve operations and performance.

You will collaborate across growth, operations, and analytics to drive client account performance, implement scalable processes, and ensure data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business data and performance metrics.
• Advanced hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real business problems.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of outcomes.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Clear, concise communication and collaboration with a founder.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the founder to optimize day-to-day operations and scale processes.
• Coordinate prioritization across a growing portfolio of client accounts.
• Own projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to support growth.
• Monitor key metrics like CAC, close rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements.
