Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks a seasoned Fund Operations Manager for a fully remote role across Latin America. You will own the NAV cycle, investor transactions, KYC/AML, capital activity, and reporting for a growing fund platform. The role requires 5+ years in fund ops, strong accounting skills, and the ability to interact with investors and external providers.

• 5+ years of hands-on fund operations experience within a fund administrator, hedge fund, private markets manager, fund-of-funds, asset manager, or similar investment environment.
• Strong hands-on experience managing NAV cycle, investor transactions, and capital activity.
• Solid fund accounting foundation, including NAV review, reconciliation, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Independent problem solving to identify and resolve NAV errors before approval.
• Experience coordinating with fund administrators, transfer agents, banks, and prime brokers.
• Experience communicating with investors or external financial partners.
• Attention to detail with strong control mindset and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly NAV process and close through final review and sign-off.
• Coordinate month-end activities with fund administrators and external providers.
• Prepare and review monthly NAVs, resolve discrepancies before leadership review.
• Reconcile positions and cash across internal, shadow, and official records.
• Manage outstanding NAVs and maintain timely close processes.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately.
• Own KYC/AML onboarding and maintain an accurate investor register.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and wire payments.
• Produce quarterly investor reporting and fund-of-funds commentary.
• Help establish scalable operational playbooks and automate recurring processes.
• Oversee management company accounting and month-end close.
• Support fund launches and feeder structures with operational setup.
