Turnkey Investment Properties is seeking an Operations Manager (Process & Systems) to build the machine behind our growth. You will document, simplify, and systemize how the business operates, creating SOPs, checklists, and workflows that run the company instead of memory and firefighting.

You will work with ownership to capture founder knowledge, develop KPI dashboards, and establish an operating model that scales across markets with consistency and control.

Qualifications

• Must be a relentless executor who builds repeatable systems.
• Experience turning chaotic operations into documented processes.
• Ability to create SOPs, checklists, workflows, and KPIs.
