Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles reporting to a senior leader.
• Proven track record of creating a way of working inside someone else's framework.
• Judgment and decision-making method for handling requests on behalf of senior people while preserving relationships.
• Experience in a professional services, law firm, or complex stakeholder environment is a strong plus.
• Native or full professional English fluency.
• Structured, systems-oriented mindset: clarity without over-engineering.
• Discretion and composure: handling the firm's most sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• AI-driven process innovation: refine workflows and integrate AI tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Demand and priority management: own inbound flow of partner requests and firm issues, with reasons for each decision.
• Leadership operating rhythm: run governance, planning cycles, leadership meetings, and create consistent cadence.
• Decision support: prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries, driving execution.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate across partners, senior lawyers, business services and external parties.
• Execution ownership: take initiatives end to end and report outcomes.
• Risk mitigation: anticipate gaps and delays and resolve them before they surface.
