Infra One seeks an operator to run the operational engine for a small portfolio of venture funds. You’ll be the named person behind back-office inboxes and guide LPs through KYC, funds closes, and deal execution end-to-end.

You read and interpret LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, and CLAs, coordinating with the engineering team to ship fixes the same day. You own outcomes with startup speed and client focus.

Formación

• An operator first: you unblock and deliver outcomes, not busywork.
• Law degree or equivalent legal training; read LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, SAFEs, convertible loans, term sheets.
• Extreme ownership and responsiveness: close loops the same day.
• AI-fluent: work with LLMs daily and treat the backend as a teammate.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German a plus; experience with EU/US fund structures.

Responsabilidades

• Walk a GP's new LP through subscription and KYC, diagnosing issues and guiding to completion.
• Process deal handoffs, collect corporate/AML documents, ensure CLA terms align, secure signatures and wires within 48 hours.
• Answer DDQs with clear, reusable one-pagers covering management fees, carry, and cross-border obligations.
• Flag inappropriate side letters and provide GP-ready language to decline while preserving relationships.
• Maintain live status views, flag blockers, and provide proactive reminders to GPs.
• Feed learnings back to the platform to drive product improvements.
