Assistant Launch is seeking a phone-first SDR to convert founder interest into booked meetings. You will qualify leads, hand them to the closer with a precise summary, and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline.

You’ll work on live calls and follow-ups via iMessage and email, optimizing every interaction for pace and accuracy. You’ll operate remotely, align with Pacific Time hours, and receive weekly pay with paid vacations and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Turn interest into booked meetings.
• Set the closer up to win by writing a clear handoff after qualifying calls.
• Pass along only leads that are a real fit (owner with $500K+ revenue, confirmed budget, real pain point).
• Keep a clean pipeline with correct stages and daily scorecard updates.
• Get sharper weekly by adjusting questions based on closer notes and feedback.
• You must be a phone-focused pro with outbound/sales experience and be available during founder-friendly hours.
