Uptalent Dot I O is seeking a proactive, full-time Remote Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify opportunities for US-based clients. The role emphasizes high-volume multi-channel outreach across calls, email, social media, and other channels, with meetings booked for Account Executives.

You will work US business hours and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging, targets, and pipeline.

Formación

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles targeting the U.S. market.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads and book meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and self-motivated in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound multi-channel prospecting to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify leads using BANT or similar criteria and schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update next steps.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging.
• Meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Support events and campaigns as needed.
