Job summary

Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Transition Manager with IBM iSeries expertise to lead end-to-end delivery and transitions for client engagements. You will plan and execute transition activities, manage SLAs, KPIs, and governance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Spanish language fluency is mandatory; travel on demand is required. Experience in managing IBM iSeries/AS400 projects or services is essential, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Strong SDM/Transition Manager experience.
• Experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 projects or services.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, governance, SLA and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery and transition activities for IBM iSeries engagements.
• Lead transition planning, execution, knowledge transfer and handover.
• Oversee project delivery, SLAs, KPIs, governance and risk management.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with technical and business teams.
• Ensure smooth service operations and continuous service improvement.
