Unisys is seeking a Transition Management leader in Bogotá to oversee large, complex engagements and guide the end-to-end transition lifecycle. You will manage teams, align goals, time frames, and funding, and ensure due diligence and risk mitigation across deals.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and accountability for budgets and handoffs. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and 6–8 years of relevant experience, plus 2–4 years of leadership experience, and

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• English B2 , Spanish B2 or Native and Portuguese B2 or Native
• 2-4 years’ leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Manages subordinate managers and professional staff.
• Guides the full range of Transition Management planning and execution.
• Project manages large, complex transition engagements, working with allied teams and other peers to structure goals, time frames, funding parameters and other key deal elements.
• Oversees due diligence, ensuring all significant deal assumptions are evaluated in terms of accuracy, relevance and validity – ensures ongoing risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Proactively engages with key stakeholders, including senior level internal and external leaders, to understand and address concerns and ensure ongoing commitment and support.
• Assumes ownership of transition budget outcomes, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure project account structures are in place (including structures governing client billing).
• Manages all aspects of the project plan, including processes for client acknowledgement and eventual steady state handoff.
