Job summary

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Transition Manager with strong IBM iSeries (AS/400) expertise. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and the role requires being based in Medellín, Colombia.

You will lead end-to-end service delivery, transitions, knowledge transfer, and governance, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and risk management are effectively handled while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• SDM/Transition Manager with strong IBM iSeries service delivery background.
• Experience managing IBM iSeries / AS/400 projects, services or transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, service governance, SLA and KPI management.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking skills are mandatory.
• Must be available to work from Medellín, Colombia.
