Qualifications

• Strong experience in Service Delivery Management (SDM).
• Proven experience in IT Transition Management and service onboarding.
• Experience managing IBM iSeries / AS400 environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA, KPI, incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience handling client management, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
• Excellent transition planning, governance, and delivery management skills.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking skills – Mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills preferred.
