Entrepreneur Cooperative is a U.S.-based company specializing in recreational construction projects, including playground installations and outdoor environments. This fully remote role supports sales administration, shipment tracking, and project documentation for LATAM operations.

As Sales & Project Coordinator you will prepare quotes, track shipments, coordinate with customers and vendors, and maintain organized project records to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• 2+ years in sales coordination or related admin roles.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, email, and cloud docs.
• Ability to work remotely with U.S.-based teams.

Mansioni

• Prepare and organize customer quotes using pricing and project specifications provided by leadership.
• Track quotes, deadlines, revisions, and responses.
• Deliver quotes to customers on time and keep records.
• Maintain records of open quotes and follow-up commitments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fill missing information.
• Monitor equipment shipments and vendor communications to ensure timely delivery.
• Support project documentation and file organization.
• Communicate updates to customers, suppliers, and teams.
