Qualifications

• At least 7 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing operations.
• Strong professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Operational PM focus; no campaign strategy or hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring leadership revenue reviews, alignment sessions, and weekly status updates.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign owners, and track progress.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly.
• Ensure timely follow-through on deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate parallel workstreams supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
• Consolidate weekly regional updates from marketing teams and campaign leads.
• Identify delays, dependencies, and workflow gaps; resolve handoffs with stakeholders.
• Use Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, Smartsheet, and Quickbase to organize workflows.
