Job summary

Austin NAWIC is seeking a meticulous Construction Project Coordinator in LatAm to oversee project administration and client communications for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, capture project scope during calls, and relay details to the Project Manager with accuracy.

You will monitor project progress, ensure documentation and compliance, handle budgeting and billing workflows, and generate regular reports.

Qualifications

• Background in construction with PM/Coordinator experience and CSR/customer-facing communication.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent spoken and written English with neutral accent.
• Proficient drafting correspondence, reports, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and capture full project scope.
• Oversee project administration and initial setup of project files.
• Audit and ensure completeness of job file documentation for compliance.
• Monitor budgets, issue purchase orders, and track schedules.
• Maintain WIP and payment schedule reports and subcontractor docs.
• Collaborate weekly with Project Managers on progress and billing.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
