Formación

• A solid background in the construction industry in a coordinator/administrative role with CSR or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent for high-volume calls.
• Proficiency with common business software to draft correspondence, generate reports and manage data.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for quotes and project scope, with ~50% client-facing calls.
• Review and validate project files, ensure client requirements are followed, assist with setup.
• Complete and review job file documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
