• Experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, or Customer Service.
• Mandatory English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely equipment deliveries.
• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from purchase orders to shipping coordination and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure billing, shipping, and customer requirements are documented.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, production, billing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Inform customers about order status, delivery timelines, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Follow up on customer payments, deposits, and outstanding balances, ensuring payment terms compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and import/export documentation as needed.
• Confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
