• Bachelor’s degree or related field in business, sales, or marketing.
• 3+ years in a sales support or operations role.
• 2+ years using Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Logistics background preferred, especially ocean shipping terms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare sales proposals by creating and modifying DNS and Specs using Excel.
• Reconcile purchase orders with DNS.
• Process orders, send Specs to factories, and follow up on progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments via email, Wrike, Google Drive, and chat tools.
