Formación

• 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, renewals management, or sales support in a software environment.
• Experience in B2B software sales or SaaS renewals preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and follow up on software renewal opportunities via email and phone.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager by preparing quotes.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients.

Conocimientos

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Highly organized

Proficiency in CRM tools

Educación

Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
