Caseware is seeking a seasoned Incident Response Lead for a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will drive incident response in a 24/7 SaaS environment, coordinating engineers, product management, and support to minimize downtime.

You will leverage and integrate JIRA, PagerDuty, New Relic, AWS, and Teams to monitor, manage, and communicate incident status, while leading post-mortems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions across global teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing critical incidents in SaaS environments.
• Strong technical background with incident management and response.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and oversee incident response efforts in a 24/7 SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, product management, and support to resolve incidents.
• Integrate and monitor tools like JIRA, PagerDuty, New Relic, and AWS to coordinate handling.
• Lead teams to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Document root causes and preventive actions in post-mortems.
