Caseware is seeking a Staff Software Developer for the Back End team. You will shape architecture, lead design reviews, and mentor engineers while delivering features end-to-end in a remote role based in Colombia.

You will drive AI-assisted development practices, establish standards, and collaborate across QA, Product, Security, and domain SMEs to ensure reliability and efficiency in a global SaaS platform.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience offering impact beyond a single team.
• Proven expertise in .NET and C# with platform or infrastructure design experience.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems on AWS with focus on scalability, security, and cost.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve technical architecture with standards for scalable, reusable capabilities.
• Be a technical leader across teams via design reviews and RFCs.
• Own features and architectural improvements end-to-end from design to build.
• Lead proof-of-concepts informing roadmap and architecture.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, Security and SMEs to ensure observability and reliability.
