Caseware is seeking an experienced incident commander to act as the authoritative voice during incidents, steering resolution and coordinating cross-team communications.

You will perform root cause analysis and ensure post-incident documentation for internal teams and customers.

This is a fully remote role based in Colombia with a collaborative, inclusive culture and opportunities to work on international projects.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure clear post-incident documentation for both internal teams and customers.
