Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, or high-volume staffing.
• Screen and process a high volume of candidates within tight deadlines.
• Strong candidate communication and follow-up skills, manage multiple applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound candidate applications.
• Handle initial screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial assessments on availability, work eligibility, experience, reliability, and fit.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs.
• Track recruitment activity and progress using ATS, spreadsheets, or dashboards.
