Job summary

WorkBetterNow, a LATAM-focused remote-friendly employer, seeks an experienced Recruiter to attract top talent for US-based clients. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

You will post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records in a fully remote setting. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recruitment or HR, excellent English, and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Assist with job posting and advertising on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
• Source and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting initial phone screens as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Prepare interview materials and logistics, including interview schedules, candidate assessments, and video conference setups.
• Assist with candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, tracking progress and status changes.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
