Job summary

Limitless Agency is seeking a proactive Senior In‑House Recruiter to own sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, and hiring for a growing digital marketing team. This remote LATAM-based contractor role emphasizes direct outreach to passive talent, organization, and independent follow-through.

Initial volume is 2–3 hires per quarter, with potential expansion to client recruiting. You’ll shape recruiting with modern tools and automation, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess fit.
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines and ATS/CRMs.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US leadership.
• Based in Latin America and able to work during US ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake through screening and hire.
• Identify passive candidates and engage via multiple channels.
• Build talent pools and maintain follow-up.
• Coordinate assessments and role-specific tasks when applicable.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based recommendations.
• Improve recruiting docs, workflows, and automation with the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
