World Business Lenders is seeking a seasoned Closing Specialist for a fully remote contract. Responsibilities include accurate loan closing, coordinating with Production, Title and Underwriting, and preparing funding documents for execution. Notary scheduling and handling investor-ready files are core duties.

The role requires 5+ years in lending or real estate closings, strong knowledge of collateral docs, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or related area.
• At least 5 years of lending, mortgage, or real estate closing experience.
• Direct experience with collateral documents and closing disclosures for purchase and refinance.

Mansioni

• Close and fund loans accurately by reviewing files for completion and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Production, Title and Underwriting to align on closing conditions.
• Prepare/verify loan documents and mortgages for borrower execution.
• Schedule notary appointments for mortgage execution and funding packages.
• Ensure timely closings and validate all documents for investors.
