Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to own the post-closing servicing workflow for a U.S.-based private real estate lender. You will board funded loans, manage construction draws, monitor maturities and delinquencies, and respond to borrower questions with accuracy and ownership.

In this remote LATAM role, you will work 8:45 AM–5:45 PM ET and collaborate with a third-party servicer.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years hands-on experience at a U.S. hard money or private real estate lender
• Direct experience servicing short-term hard money or business-purpose loans
• Experience with construction draw management, payoffs and extensions
• Advanced written and spoken English
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in Gmail, GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM, and an online loan portal for documents, files and workflow
• Hardworking, dependable, proactive and accountable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced lending business, meeting deadlines without compromising controls
• Availability to work 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM U.S. Eastern Time

Responsabilités

• Loan Boarding & Records: board funded loans with the third-party servicer; validate terms, balances, reserves and maturity dates; maintain accurate records in the loan portal and servicing systems
• Construction Draws: manage draw requests end to end: budget checks, inspections, documentation, review and approvals; coordinate disbursements and provide borrower updates
• Maturities, Extensions & Payoffs: monitor upcoming maturities and coordinate extensions; coordinate payoffs and extensions with the servicer and review calculations
• Portfolio Monitoring: identify inactive loans, document status, escalate risks; monitor missed payments and delinquencies; follow up with borrowers and servicer
• Borrower & Partner Support: answer questions about loans, draws, balances, payments, extensions and payoffs; own inquiries until resolved
