A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is required, with at least five years of hands-on experience in title review and closing operations.

• 5+ years hands-on experience in title clearance, title examination, and closing operations.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, interpreting requirements and exceptions, and guaranteeing a clear title for closings.

Responsabilidades

• Review title commitments and exceptions to ensure proper lien positioning.
• Analyze deeds, mortgages, lien releases, and related corporate documents with keen attention to detail.
• Interpret legal descriptions, surveys, and title exceptions to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
