Entrepreneur Cooperative in LATAM is seeking an experienced Closing & Funding Specialist for a fully remote role with a U.S.-based private real estate lender. You will own the closing process from title through funding, coordinating title companies, attorneys, borrowers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time closings under strict wire controls.

The ideal candidate has 1.5+ years closing experience, advanced English, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years at a U.S. hard money or private real estate lender
• Direct hard money closing and funding experience
• Knowledge of title, escrow, insurance, HUD/settlement statements
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in Gmail, GoHighLevel or similar CRM and online loan portal
• Fast-paced lending environment with deadlines

Responsabilités

• Open and manage title and escrow and review insurance
• Coordinate attorneys, title companies, borrowers and internal teams
• Review loan documents and HUD/settlement statements against terms
• Obtain approvals before closing
• Collect and clear remaining closing and funding documents
• Submit funding packages to lenders and capital partners
• Confirm funding and organize final loan file in portal
• Track handoff of loans to servicing
