World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking an experienced Closing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will lead accurate closing and funding of loans, review documents, and coordinate with Production, Title, and Underwriting to ensure compliant closings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in lending or real estate closing, with strong knowledge of collateral documentation for commercial and residential deals and meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments.
• Direct experience with collateral documentation for purchase and refinance transactions (commercial and residential).
• Proven ability to review and prepare closing documents, disclosures, funding packages, and wire instructions with precision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate closing and funding of loans by reviewing files for completeness and data integrity.
• Coordinate with departments (Production, Title, Underwriting) to ensure smooth closings.
• Prepare/verify loan documents and mortgage for borrower execution; schedule notary appointments.
• Obtain required documentation from Underwriting to satisfy closing conditions.
• Exchange funding documents with Title company and ensure investor-ready closing file.
• Close all loans timely and ensure documents are valid and complete.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
