World Business Lenders, LLC, a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce, is seeking a Closing Specialist to manage accurate loan closings and funding. The role involves coordinating with Processing, Underwriting, Title, and other departments to ensure complete documentation and timely execution of mortgage loans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in lending or real estate closings, strong knowledge of collateral documentation, and superb attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related area.
• At least 5 years of valuable experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environments.
• Direct, hands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions, spanning commercial and residential sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate and complete closing and funding of loans by reviewing files for proper completion and accuracy.
• Liaise with Production, Title and Underwriting departments.
• Prepare/verify loan documents and mortgage to be executed by the borrower to fund.
• Schedule notary appointments for mortgage execution.
• Prepare funding packages and ensure timely closings with valid documentation.
• Obtain required documentation from Underwriting to satisfy closing conditions.
