INGEPSY seeks a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate closings remotely. You will handle pipelines, timelines, and financial milestones while communicating with clients, agents, and lenders in both English and Spanish.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and Zoom is required. The role requires 1–3 years of domain experience, familiarity with US real estate practices, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate transaction management.
• Experience with US-based companies; US estate transactions preferred.
• Experience in a US law firm is a plus.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage real estate transaction files from open to close.
• Track milestones, deposits, escrow timelines, and document receipt.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, agents, lenders, and team in English and Spanish.
• Maintain closing pipelines and docs using Google Workspace and Excel.
• Schedule closings, meetings, and Zoom calls; follow up on missing items.
