House Buyers of America, based in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator to oversee the timely processing of acquisitions and dispositions. This contract role requires availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, offering a compensation range of $10–15/hr USD.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry and strong communication skills. This position provides a fully remote work environment and opportunities for growth and expansion within the company.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely processing of acquisitions for quick market entry.
• Act as a representative to customers during settlement.
• Review and enter contracts into the CRM correctly.
• Manage relationships with title companies for timely settlements.
• Assist with property marketing, including photos and listings.
• Collaborate with construction to ensure project readiness.
• Support expansion into new geographic markets.
