Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of PTO plan configurations and leave policy requirements.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to troubleshoot PTO balance discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client and internal service.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Aufgaben

• Configure new PTO plans in internal systems according to client policies and regulations.
• Reconfigure existing PTO plans to reflect updated client leave policies.
• Investigate and resolve PTO balance and accrual discrepancies through audits and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Assist clients with routine maintenance and administration of PTO plans.
• Serve as SME for internal PTO design discussions and provide guidance on PRISM configurations.
