Job summary

Genpact in Colombia is looking for a Sr. Associate - HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management to coordinate onboarding, performance evaluations, benefits administration, and leave requests with a focus on policy alignment and a positive employee experience.

You will monitor development and training programs, conduct exit interviews, and assist with offboarding to ensure smooth transitions while partnering with HR leadership and global teams. This role is hybrid and located in Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or finance.
• Experience with HR systems and processes, including onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Knowledge of ERP and Workday HR modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration.
• Manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in line with company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Monitor development and training programs for professional growth and readiness.
