Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients in AbsenceSoft, including LOA templates and access.
• Prioritize same-day client setup for onboarding.
• Configure Stage/Production access for new team members.
• Monitor support tickets and generate ad hoc/recurring reports.
• Assist with policy configurations and policy reviews.
