Emapta Global is seeking an HR Data & Support Specialist to manage workforce information, employee lifecycle requests, compliance, and HR systems for U.S. businesses from Colombia. The role offers a remote setup with a definitive-term contract and a 5-day workweek.

You will work with global clients, utilize Excel and CRM/HRIS tools, and contribute to HR compliance and data accuracy across multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 1 year HR experience preferred.
• If no bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years HR experience may be acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR requests and lifecycle updates for clients and employees.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, HR technology, and HR compliance tasks.
• Document actions in the case management system and respond within SLAs/KPIs.
• Maintain HRIS knowledge and support related systems (time/attendance, payroll, onboarding).
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
• Provide guidance on HR-related matters and escalate when needed.
