Qualifications

• Hands-on experience actively working overdue accounts, calling or contacting customers who owe money.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Strong spoken and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent/overdue accounts.
• Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on payments.
• Handle objections and payment delays professionally; follow up on commitments.
