Job summary

Smart Apartment Data seeks a Collections Officer to recover overdue accounts for our U.S.-based customers in a fully remote, phone-first role. You will own a portfolio of delinquent accounts, make outbound calls, and negotiate payment arrangements with persistence and professionalism.

Applicants with recent or limited collections experience are encouraged to apply. You will handle high-volume outreach, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet daily and weekly KPIs while staying composed

Qualifications

• Experience actively pursuing overdue accounts via calls or messages.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate payment plans.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent account portfolio and drive to resolution.
• Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor commitments.
• Maintain accurate records and track KPIs.
• Work toward daily/weekly collections targets.
