Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to overdue clients and document outcomes in Filevine.
• Process phone payments and record in Filevine and Invoiced.
• Log all payments in the daily payment tracker.
• Update the overdue client list in real time.
• Manage client accounts: contracts, payment plans, and records.
• Answer general inbound calls and triage where applicable.
• Negotiate debt recovery amounts and support timely payment.
• Resolve client account concerns with professionalism.
• Report collection activity daily and contribute to strategy.
• Process refunds and offboard clients per procedures.
• Comply with all company policies.
