The role involves managing customer communication and negotiating payment arrangements while ensuring compliance with debt collection laws. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in collections. Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of debt collection practices, laws, and regulations including FDCPA and FCRA.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote team.

Responsabilidades

• Contact delinquent accounts to collect outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on customers' financial situations.
