DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & Onboarding Specialist in Colombia (Remote) to manage payroll administration, onboarding coordination, and HR operations with accuracy and efficiency.

This role requires advanced English (B2+ to C1) and strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of payroll, onboarding, and HR support experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with HRIS/payroll platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical studies in HR, business, accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in payroll, onboarding, HR ops, or accounting/admin support.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based or distributed teams is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll workflows: data collection, validation, updates, coordination.
• Maintain accuracy of payroll records; ensure complete submissions.
• Track deadlines, required approvals, outstanding items, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires; ensure tasks complete on schedule.
• Maintain onboarding documents, trackers, status updates, checklists.
• Communicate with stakeholders and new hires; improve onboarding workflows.
