Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist in Bogota, Colombia, to manage end-to-end payroll for Colombia and other assigned countries. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and external providers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

You will act as the payroll SME for the assigned countries, handling data processing, reporting, and year-end activities while leveraging ADP platforms and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a payroll/administration role
• Experience with global payroll laws and multiple countries
• Understanding of payroll concepts and accounting
• Proficiency with MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for Colombia and other assigned countries
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and corporate policies
• Prepare government reporting and year-end processing
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with auditors
• Support benefits and time/leave processes as needed
