Job summary

DOXA is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist in Colombia (remote) to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for business coaching opportunities. You will build an active pipeline via LinkedIn Recruiter, personalized outreach, and follow-up strategies, coordinating appointments with coaches and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in talent sourcing or recruiting, strong English, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate engagement or recruiting.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing; strong English and communication.
• Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter aligned to open opportunities.
• Translate job descriptions into effective sourcing strategies.
• Build targeted searches by title, skills, geography, and industry.
• Use Boolean searches to identify active and passive candidates.
• Review profiles to assess fit with position requirements.
• Maintain healthy candidate pipelines across positions.
• Initiate personalized outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and InMail.
• Tailor messages to each candidate's background and fit.
• Engage passive candidates professionally to reflect brand.
• Follow up consistently to improve engagement.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout outreach.
• Confirm required information and qualifications before advancing.
• Identify candidates meeting requirements for recruiter review.
• Respond to questions with pre-defined opportunity messaging.
• Maintain professional relationships regardless of placement potential.
• Schedule qualified candidates for conversations with the appropriate coach.
• Coordinate calendars to facilitate timely interviews or screening conversations.
• Provide coaches with clear candidate notes and sourcing context.
• Ensure accurate and timely handoffs between engagement and recruiting teams.
• Track appointment outcomes and incorporate coach feedback to improve sourcing quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and outreach activity.
